The site of Composer, Arranger and Jazz Musician Paul Finch. Paul was born in Windsor in the U.K. and now lives in Brasilia Brazil where he composes, plays and records a variety of musical genres. Paul principally plays Woodwinds, Wind Synthesizers, MIDI controllers and also Keyboards and Piano and makes extensive use of Virtual Studio Technologies and Sampled Instrument. Latest Project

I am currently in the process of recording some solo pieces for piano, included in these are various works of American composer Philip Glass. This first piece, composed by Philip Glass is from the soundtrack of the 1988 movie The Truman Show with actor Jim Carrey and is typical of many of the works by Philip Glass with repeating patterns in the left hand and eights in the right hand.

The Sycondrian Project

Sycondrian Worlds is an ongoing project which I started in 2014. Sycondria and it's solar system is the basis for the music in this project. The project embodies a wide variety of musical styles and since it has a Science Fiction theme this gives me a good reason to work with a lot of electronic music.

The Palmas Jazz Project

Palmas Jazz is the name of my main musical project and comes from when I moved to the Brazilian city of Palmas which is in the state of Tocantins. Palmas Jazz was created as a YouTube channel for live concerts in and around Tocantins and to showcase some recordings of mine.
